Lucas M. Bachmann

Lucas Bachmann studied medicine at the University of Zürich. After graduation he specialised in clinical epidemiology at the Universities of Zürich, York, Birmingham, Amsterdam and Berne. Besides his teaching activities at the Medical Faculty of the University of Zürich, he is the CEO and President of the Board of medignition Inc., a medical research consultancy and software engineering company in Zürich. Lucas Bachmann holds degrees in medicine (M.D. University of Zürich) and epidemiology & biostatistics (Ph.D. University of Amsterdam) and has been appointed adjunct professor for clinical epidemiology at the University of Zürich in 2010. He has a broad experience in the design, analysis and publication of clinical research projects.
